Fit challenge day 1

Today is day one of a 10 week fit challenge. I'm focusing on nutrition & perfect attendance for this challenge. I want to lose this fat & be able to wear a bikini this summer. If i do really well I can win money. I've been working a lot & kickboxing has really helped with the stress. I love my gym!!!!

On Saturday I weighed 209 lbs. I did 30 push-ups from my toes, 49 sit-ups, both were in 2 minutes. I ran  an 11:35 min mile. I can't wait to see how much I improve in 10 weeks!!!
